FindFinca.com is a Scout Theory LLC website. We provide a search-request and introduction service, not a direct property booking service.

What we collect

When you submit a request we may collect your name, WhatsApp, email, destination, dates, guest count, budget, preferences, and information you voluntarily provide. Provider inquiries can include business details, service area and contact details. Basic attribution data, referring page and submitted time may also be recorded.

Why we process it

We use the details to respond, understand what you are seeking, administer our network and, only with the consent requested on the matching form, share your request with up to three suitable owners, operators or property agents who may contact you. We do not sell payment credentials or operate property bookings on this website.

Sharing and transfers

Service providers helping us handle forms, hosting and communications may process data on our behalf. A submitted traveler request may be sent to relevant participating property providers, potentially in Colombia. Do not submit passport scans, account credentials or sensitive personal information in the free-text box.

Choices and retention

You can request access, correction or deletion of personal information using the contact form below. We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected or as required by law. Requests already sent to independent providers may require you to contact those providers separately.

Security and updates

We use technical and administrative safeguards, but no online system is risk-free. This policy may be updated as the service develops. Effective October 19, 2026.
